I enjoyed the session. I think the CIO org loses sight of a solid work/life balance and how our mental health directly affects our performance. Even though I’m not a manager, I’m still a collaborator and I still consider the people I work with to be “teams.” I can’t be an effective team member if I’m not prioritizing my own happiness. I found Ram’s presentation energizing and even wrote a couple of notes on post-its to have on my wall to remind myself to look for positivity and dealing with stress. He covered a lot of material in 30 minutes that was relevant and useful. Thank you for the idea, it’s good to step back once in a while to do things like this for everyone’s benefit.

I really liked the perspective of being happy first and then work on succeeding in life and become much more happier. I think that’s really great way of looking at things that I am going to surely try to do. The second thing is positivity and I do agree that if you could stay away from negative energy around you. But, it is not so easy to do so, but one can try. I felt it was a great session.
